Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a skilled EPR Supply Chain Planner to develop and execute production and inventory plans supporting demand, efficiency, and working‑capital goals. This role links Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Customer Service to align forecasts, schedules, and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of supply chain planning, production scheduling, operations, inventory management, or logistics experience.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP; strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, prioritization, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning for assigned product lines, balancing demand, capacity, material availability, backlog priorities, and inventory targets.
• Coordinate compound supply planning with Medium Voltage production schedules to ensure material availability, optimize inventory levels, and minimize manufacturing disruptions.
• Support the S&OP process through analysis of demand, supply constraints, capacity utilization, inventory performance, and service risks.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate production schedules and customer‑order priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate the production plan and deliveries of product from international manufacturing sites.
• Partner with Commercial teams to review customer requirements, delivery commitments, and supply risks, and drive proactive resolution.
