Job summary

UST is seeking a Supply Chain Planner (Associate III - BPM) to advise management on current and future product supply for existing products and launches. You will collaborate with manufacturing sites to develop capacity-feasible supply plans, optimize inventory, and support launch readiness.

A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of planning experience are required, with SAP APO/ECC and Lean/Six Sigma familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Logistics.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Production Planning, Logistics, Purchasing, Distribution, Manufacturing or Transportation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Experience with inventory management and planning tools is a plus.
  • APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop capacity-feasible supply plans and provide to manufacturing sites on schedule.
  • Collaborate with sites to develop short-term production schedules considering constraints and targets.
  • Run planning scenarios to meet service and inventory targets while managing E&O risk.
  • Lead long-term capacity planning with strategic suppliers and participate in capacity reviews.
  • Deploy inventory planning strategies to maintain service levels and optimize inventory investment.
  • Participate in annual Entitlement activities to set inventory goals and resolve SLOB dispositions.
