Job summary

Amazon AMXL is hiring a strategic Supply Chain Manager to own the long-term network for the middle mile, including capacity planning, sort center topology, and carrier mix strategy. You will model network needs with science teams and present recommendations to senior leadership.

You will partner with finance, operations, transportation, and product teams to drive improvements, optimize the physical flow, and advance cost efficiency across the network.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Five+ years in supply chain management with cross-functional influence.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term network plan for AMXL's middle mile network and capacity plan.
• Own inputs/outputs/assumptions of network optimization models with science teams.
• Prepare full-year and multi-year planning documents and present to leadership.
• Lead cross-organizational workstreams on network strategy with various partners.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for customer experience and efficiency gains.
• Define metrics and processes to drive decision-making in complex networks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reach shared network goals.
