Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Manager with a Network Capacity background to own end-to-end Inbound execution, design optimization, and capacity planning across the NA AMXL network. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical and strategic initiatives related to Inbound execution across multiple business units.
• Concentrate on optimizing the flow of goods and information within the supply chain network.
• Balance supply and demand; assess and improve distribution networks and logistics operations.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and efficiency.
• Define metrics and program management mechanisms to drive decisions in Inbound execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to influence agreements and outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional Inbound initiatives, driving continuous improvement at scale.
• Own portfolios of cross-functional programs related to Inbound execution and delivery.
