Spindrift in Newton, MA is seeking a team-oriented Supply Chain professional to own purchasing, coastal production planning, finished goods management and inventory control. The role requires hands-on involvement in purchasing, shipping logistics, and MRP system management, with cross-functional collaboration to meet annual sales, margin, and customer service goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; clear communication.
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Supply chain planning including MRP, purchasing execution, production planning and product allocation.
• Inventory control of raw materials and finished goods, including transfers and lot tracking.
• Use of MRP to support the production plan and purchasing.
• Manage NetSuite inventory system and data integrity.
• Oversee finished goods levels across multiple sites, aligned with forecasts and orders.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Customer Service, Accounting and Sales.
• Coordinate with suppliers to meet timelines and resolve discrepancies with freight partners.
• Support achievement of corporate goals and identify process improvements.
