Job summary

Spindrift is looking for a team-oriented Supply Chain professional to own purchasing, coastal production planning, finished goods management and inventory control. You will actively manage MRP, NetSuite, and cross-functional communication to achieve annual goals in sales, margin, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Ability to quickly understand the company’s products and operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with NetSuite and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supply chain planning including MRP, purchasing execution and production planning.
• Inventory control for raw materials and finished goods across locations.
• Use of MRP to support production plans and purchasing decisions.
• NetSuite system management and data accuracy across sites.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Accounting, and Sales.
• Collaborate with suppliers to meet timelines and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify improvements to procedures and policies to add value.
