Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations or equivalent experience.
• 3 years in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or related field.
• Hybrid schedule – 2–3 days onsite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory planning, demand forecasting, and distribution activities to ensure product availability.
• Analyze trends and adjust supply plans to improve availability.
• Develop and coordinate replenishment, production, and shipment plans for timely product flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve constraints and support customer fulfillment.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance service levels and cost.
• Investigate inventory, shipping, and service discrepancies to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Support vendor and supplier logistics programs to improve distribution efficiency.
• Communicate inventory performance and risks to stakeholders for informed decisions.
