Job summary

NSA Industries Georgetown, MA is seeking a Buyer / Planner to coordinate material planning, purchasing, and production readiness to support the manufacturing schedule. You will use SyteLine ERP/MRP daily to manage material requirements, POs, supplier commitments, and planning data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in purchasing, material planning, production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• ERP/MRP experience required; SyteLine / Infor CSI experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of MRP, BOMs, routings, purchase orders, inventory, jobs/work orders, and manufacturing lead times.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the buy/plan cycle for assigned materials within SyteLine.
• Review SyteLine MRP requirements and action messages daily.
• Coordinate with Master Scheduler to ensure materials are available when required.
• Identify current and future material shortages and communicate risks before they impact production.
• Assist with production schedule changes and release jobs to production as authorized.
