Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Demand Planning/Production Scheduling professional to develop and maintain production capacity plans by analyzing inventory levels, production speed, and product demand. This role collaborates with vendors and plants to optimize inventory, lead times, and service levels while driving efficiency.

10-15% travel is required. Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in demand planning or production scheduling are expected, with ERP/SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze forecast data and pre-plan volume changes.
• Monitor plant schedules and optimize product placement.
• Optimize weekly availability, lead times, and shipping attainment.
• Determine optimal inventory levels to balance service and cost.
• Program management for key customers and programs.
• Assist the Director, Supply Planning as required.
• Support continuous process improvement per quality policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
