Alfa Laval seeks a Senior Supply Chain Planner to translate demand forecasts into actionable supply plans, balancing inventory and production capacity. You will lead planning activities, drive risk mitigation, and optimize end-to-end supply chain performance while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related role in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems and planning tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate supply chain planning activities with product groups and operations.
• Facilitate monthly supply reviews and address supply risks, constraints and gaps.
• Convert demand forecasts into actionable supply and component plans.
• Maintain planning data integrity and support decision-making with analysis and reporting.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and waste-reduction efforts.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate supply chain risks.
