Job summary

Otis is seeking a Business Partner Supply Chain Manager in Florence, SC to drive category strategies, negotiate pricing, and manage supplier performance. You will lead cost-saving initiatives, support NAA category synergies, and coordinate cross-functional teams across ERP and Windchill systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in supply chain, with strong Excel/Power BI skills and proven negotiation capabilities. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Engineering.
• 5+ years in supply chain management, procurement, or cost management.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement category strategies to achieve year/year cost savings.
• Collaborate with regional/global supply chain on NAA category strategy for synergies.
• Facilitate supplier technical reviews.
• Conduct cost/quote analyses for projects.
• Update MRP data and supplier information as needed.
• Manage purchase requisitions and support new product introductions.
• Lead cross-functional team meetings and drive improvements.
• Prepare RFIs, RFQs, business cases, and ROI analyses.
• Maintain ETQ, Teams Logs, and RFQ data daily.
• Support weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.
