This role involves steering and supporting Business Unit initiatives and metrics for either the Electrical or Mechanical Category, along with other specified business unit needs. As a Business Partner, the individual will oversee cost-saving projects, negotiate pricing, handle COPQ negotiations, manage PPAP activities, and address price escalations.Additionally, they will be responsible for managing supplier performance, driving continuous improvement, and developing mitigation plans for pricing, quality, and delivery issues.
