Job summary

Valeo North America Inc. seeks a SC Master Data Analyst to supervise data correctness within the Information System, audit data integrity, and define optimal data structures for parts, BOMs and locations.

You will manage product data changes, interfaces for new product introductions, engineering changes and end of life, coordinating with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives. Responsibilities include creating/updating parts, BOMs, locations, packaging and labels per local norms,

Qualifications

• Supervise the data correctness entered into Information System by auditing processes.
• Analyze products, flow materials, inventory and scheduling methods to define best data structures.
• Review and update changes for product data creation in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data entry of new components and products in the Supply Chain Information Systems.
• Create and update parts and bills of materials according to SC network typologies (OEM, OES, WIP, trading parts).
• Create and update locations, packaging and labels per local norms (GALIA, VDA) and supplier requirements.
• Maintain interfaces for new product introductions, engineering changes and end of life.
• Coordinate Material Change meetings and collaborate with Cross Functional Teams.
• Support the Quality System initiatives (e.g., Compass 1000).
