Job summary

The SC Master Data Analyst role involves supervising data correctness, maintaining product data in the Supply Chain Systems, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data creation for BOMs, locations, packaging and labels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the data correctness entered into Information System by auditing process.
• Analyze products, flow materials, inventory and scheduling method to define the best structure and settings of these data according to the Group recommendations.
• Ensure interface for the new products introduction, engineering changes and end of life.
• Review and updates on time all changes in the procedure for product data creation.
• Create and update parts, bill of material in the Supply Chain Information Systems data according to material typologies defined by the Supply Chain network (OEM, OES, WIP, trading parts)
• Create and update locations, packaging and labels in the Supply Chain Information Systems data base according to local norm (GALIA, VDA, …).
• Regular contact with other departments outside the work group, participate in Cross Functional Teams.
• Support activities to achieve and maintain the Quality System like Compass 1000.

Support activities to achieve and maintain the Quality System like Compass 1000.
