Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL seeks a Manager Supply Chain 3 to lead a high performing team within our Global Supply Chain organization onsite in Melbourne, Florida. The role offers 4/10 or 9/80 schedules, flexible arrangements, and exposure to diverse projects and customers.

You will drive strategic initiatives, partner with senior leadership, and ensure accountability to objectives while upholding Northrop Grumman's values and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project/business management, sustainment, proposals or procurement.
• Master’s Degree with 5 years experience in supply chain management, program/project/business management, sustainment, proposals or procurement.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent with 11 years of experience in supply chain management, program/project/business management, sustainment, proposals or procurement.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects.
• Must have knowledge of EVMS.
• Must have previous experience in Supply Chain.
• Active U.S. Government Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role.
