Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field with 7+ years in supply chain management, program management, or procurement.
• Minimum of 5 years leading a team, process, and/or projects.
• Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience and EVM/CAM experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor planning, forecasting, staffing and resource planning.
• Ensure process consistency across all Business Areas.
• Manage CAM/EVM and cost performance reporting.
