Amazon is seeking an AVS Supply Chain Manager to drive strategic planning, execution, and optimization of its supply chain operations with a customer-centric focus. You will lead high-impact projects and collaborate with Retail, Supply Chain, and Vendors to optimize cost, lead times, and service levels.

The role requires strong data extraction and analytical capabilities, hands-on inventory management experience, and the ability to influence multiple teams in ambiguous environments.

Competenze

• 3+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience, or Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of professional work (non-internship) experience
• 1+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience

Mansioni

• Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning
• Monitoring, analyzing and owning Vendor Key Performance Indicators such as: Out of Stock rate, Total Inbound lead time, confirmation rates, including presenting insights, themes and trends to Senior Leadership team.
• Strategically analyzing production and delivery lead-times, while optimizing operational excellence inputs such as EDI adoption, PO confirmations, efficient receive processes, and inventory placement.
• Spearheading initiatives to enhance cost structure and profitability, collaborating closely with partner teams to ensure successful execution
