Amazon is seeking an AVS Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of the supply chain. You will drive high-impact projects, collaborate across Retail, Supply Chain and Vendors, and influence cost and waste reduction while maintaining superior customer experience.

The role requires strong data extraction and analytical capabilities, hands-on operations or inventory management experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience, or Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• 1+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots) and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree, or experience using data to influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning.
• Monitoring, analyzing and owning Vendor KPIs such as Out of Stock rate, Total Inbound lead time, confirmation rates, including presenting insights to Senior Leadership.
• Strategically analyzing production and delivery lead-times, while optimizing operational inputs such as EDI adoption, PO confirmations, and inventory placement.
• Spearheading initiatives to enhance cost structure and profitability, collaborating with partner teams to ensure successful execution.
