Job summary

Hydro Extrusions Spanish Fork seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead the design, execution, and implementation of best practices for sales forecast, demand, and production planning. You will drive improvements in customer satisfaction, profitability, inventory turns and working capital while aligning with cross-functional teams to deliver superior service.

Four-year college degree with majors in Finance, Business, or Supply Chain preferred.
Minimum five (5) years of proven leadership in Finance, Sales, Production Planning, or equivalent.
Safety - must have a passion for safety and drive a safe culture.
Supply Chain Management or Lead Business System expertise is a minimal requirement.
Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Workload optimization - leads S&OP reviews, data and metrics preparation, capital projections, escalate items for executive review.
Inventory management - monitor working capital via monthly S&OP.
Customer block management - determine capacity reservations for short lead-time orders.
Six-month capacity planning - via monthly S&OP process.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and promote cost awareness across sites, with regular cross-functional communication.
Create KPIs to support strategies and establish accountability for goals and objectives.
Develop and implement standard processes for supply chain activities including capacity planning and inventory control.
