Job summary

Alamo Group Inc. is seeking to appoint a Supply Chain Manager for the Airport Products Division in Fond du Lac, WI. This role will lead production planning, purchasing, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and material handling to support production, launches, and growth.

You will supervise Purchasing and Logistics staff and partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Corporate Supply Chain. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in manufacturing supply chain, experience leading teams, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
7+ years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing.
Experience leading direct reports and supporting new product launches.
ERP/MRP experience (JD Edwards preferred) and APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the purchasing and logistics team and set KPIs aligned with goals.
Plan production and manage inventory to optimize turns.
Own supplier relations, pricing, terms, and risk management.
Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, receiving, storage, and shipping.
Drive Lean initiatives and monitor supplier on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, and Finance.
Ensure ERP/MRP data integrity and regulatory compliance.
