Job summary

Alamo Group in Fond du Lac seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead production planning, purchasing, inventory, shipping, and material handling for the Airport Products Division. You will supervise Purchasing and Logistics staff and work with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to support launches and growth.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in manufacturing supply chain, ERP/MRP experience (JD Edwards a plus), and strong leadership with a focus on Lean and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in progressive supply chain roles in manufacturing.
• Leadership experience with direct reports.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; JD Edwards a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Purchasing and Logistics staff; set KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan production; manage inventory replenishment and turns.
• Oversee sourcing for direct and indirect materials; negotiate terms and supplier relations.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics, receiving, storage, shipping; optimize warehouse flow.
