Job summary

Alamo Group — Supply Chain Manager for the Airport Products Division in Fond du Lac — leads purchasing, logistics, and material handling to ensure production readiness and on-time delivery. You will manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost optimization while coordinating with Operations, Engineering, and Finance.

The role requires strong leadership, 7+ years in manufacturing supply chain, and expertise in ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading direct reports and supporting new product launches.
• ERP/MRP experience; APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing, procurement, supplier management, inventory control, and logistics for the Airport Products Division.
• Plan production, monitor inventory, and develop replenishment strategies to support production.
• Lead and develop Purchasing and Logistics staff; set KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Finance, and Corporate Supply Chain.
