Job summary

KLINGER GPI is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to ensure materials availability across manufacturing and distribution. You will lead sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance for both domestic and international suppliers.

In this role, you will direct demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization, partnering with operations to align supply with production and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years progressive experience in supply chain, purchasing/procurement, or inventory management in manufacturing/distribution.
• Management experience with strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, and vendor performance programs (domestic and international).
• Direct demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization to reduce risk and working capital.
• Partner with Operations and cross-functional leaders to align supply plans to production and customer commitments.
• Establish clear metrics, reporting, and continuous-improvement actions across the supply network.
