KLINGER GPI is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to ensure materials align with production and customer commitments across our Texas locations. You will lead procurement, forecasting, and supplier performance while maintaining service levels and cost targets.
The role includes day-to-day inventory management, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, and finance to optimize supply plans and reduce working capital.

KLINGER GPI is well positioned to provide industrial facilities with a comprehensive range of fluid sealing products and services, through our 3 physical Texas locations.

In addition, our accredited in-house and mobile facilities provide tool calibration and equipment repair services to suit any calibration schedule requirements.
As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll deliver strategic impact by ensuring the Supply Chain supports manufacturing and distribution with the right materials at the right time. This role exists to drive outcomes across Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory, and supplier performance while protecting service levels and cost targets.
Day to Day
Your day starts by reviewing inventory levels, open purchase orders, supplier commitments, and material availability to ensure manufacturing and customer requirements are being met across all company locations. You quickly identify potential shortages, delays, or inventory concerns and work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues before they impact operations.
Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with sales, operations, manufacturing, warehouse, and finance teams to align purchasing activities with production schedules and customer demand. You'll communicate with domestic and international suppliers, negotiate pricing and delivery schedules, monitor supplier performance, and ensure critical materials arrive on time.
You'll also spend time analyzing inventory data, forecasting demand, reviewing purchasing trends, and identifying opportunities to improve inventory turns, reduce costs, and increase supply chain efficiency. Before wrapping up the day, you'll review key supply chain metrics, address outstanding procurement issues, and establish priorities to ensure customer commitments and operational objectives remain on track.
