Job summary

Radiant in El Segundo, CA seeks a proactive Supply Chain Manager to own sourcing, negotiations, and supplier performance for our nuclear microreactor program. You will collaborate with SDEs, Engineering, QA, and Operations to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.

The role emphasizes strategic supplier development, risk management, and process improvements to support fast-paced product development and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–8 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing/tech.
• Proven negotiation and contract management experience.
• Knowledge of procurement processes (RFQ/RFP, PO management, supplier evaluation).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: identify and select suppliers based on cost, quality, capacity, and fit with SDE and Engineering teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations for pricing, terms, lead times, and other contract terms.
• Develop and manage supplier agreements including MSAs, NDAs, and PO terms.
• Oversee PO lifecycle from requisition to delivery and closure.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships with key vendors.
• Analyze market trends and total cost of ownership to identify savings.
• Assess and mitigate supplier risks including capacity and geopolitical factors.
• Track procurement metrics and collaborate on supplier performance scorecards.
• Work with SDEs, Engineering, QA, and Project Management to meet requirements.
• Contribute to policy and process improvements in procurement.
