Samsung Electronics America, located in Plano, TX, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead CPFR-driven forecasting and replenishment efforts. You will partner with National Retail, Strategic Accounts, and cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, production planning, and delivery reliability.

The role requires strong data analysis, excellent Excel skills, and a track record of improving supply chain processes within telecom or related industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6–10 years' experience in finance, business, or supply chain management.
• Experience in telecom/wireless industries with finance, logistics, or planning responsibilities.
• Strong abilities in problem solving, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Extensive MS Excel knowledge and skills.

Responsabilités

• Support CPFR planning and forecasting with key customer contacts.
• Analyze weekly PSI to drive manufacturing and on-time delivery.
• Manage systems (GSCM, SAP, SMART) for real-time sales and forecast data.
• Provide regular updates on product arrival schedules and address variances.
• Monitor KPIs and identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate with HQ and cross-functional teams on production allocation and inventory.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal/external customers.
