Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a materials/production planner responsible for accurate PSI, forecasting and releasing orders to vendors, ensuring inventory moves efficiently to meet the production schedule on time.

The role includes managing daily production requirements, tracking ETD with vendors, handling defective parts and RMAs, coordinating shipping, monitoring BOM changes, managing subcontract orders, and providing KPI reports for audits and management reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Manage/update daily requirements for production to release forecast to vendors and confirm orders to ensure timely parts availability.
• Confirm/request/track ETD for each shipment weekly to vendors.
• Resolve defective parts and process rejected materials and refunds with vendors (RMA).
• Track shipping containers and coordinate agencies for transport daily.
• Monitor BOM changes with PE and process M to M/701-702 for GI pending.
• Manage subcontract orders (parts, stock confirm, GI confirm, PO).
• Provide HQ KPI reports and support audits and management reporting.
• All other duties as assigned.
