Job summary

Maker's Pride seeks a hands-on Supply Chain professional to manage materials planning, purchasing, inventory, and logistics for finished goods. You will review Demands, place POs, maintain SAP MRP data, and coordinate with vendors and customs to ensure smooth production flow.

Requirements include 1+ year in manufacturing or high-speed distribution, ERP/MRP experience, and strong MS Office skills. This on-site role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing or high-speed distribution experience.
• 1+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience in Food and/or packaging industry a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• ERP/MRP/WMS experience required, SAP experience a bonus.
• Excellent communication, motivational and organizational skills required.
• Experience working directly with outside parties needed.
• No relocation is available for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Review materials demands and place PO within the specified timeline.
• Manage materials inventory to avoid shortages and improve turnover.
• Update SAP MRP data (MRP 1 and MRP 2).
• Monitor open PO reports and expedite inbound shipments as needed.
• Review aging inventory weekly to avoid scrap.
• Coordinate RMA returns.
• Serve as liaison between US vendors and Canadian customs broker.
• Monitor material demands in customer's system and Maker's Pride SAP system.
• Plan plant capacity with customers to optimize efficiency.
• Convert planned production orders to live production orders.
• Participate in weekly planning meetings.
• Facilitate and manage QN/NCMR completion and closure within 30 days and full financial recovery within 60 days.
