Siemens Healthineers is hiring for a logistics specialist in the United States, Indiana (Plainfield). The role focuses on receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping goods while ensuring data is accurately captured in our systems.

You will manage stock, packaging, and documentation for outbound shipments within a structured logistics environment. Join a global team of health technology professionals and contribute to efficient, compliant operations.

Formación

• Accepts incoming goods and compares them with the shipping document (Material number, description, quantity).
• Checks incoming goods for visible damage, documents them and provides the information if required.
• Takes care for correct use of transport equipment (hand-guided industrial trucks, forklift, etc.).
• Captures relevant data in data processing systems.
• Arranges acceptance, storage, commissioning and removal of goods in storage area and records them in the appropriate systems.
• Organizes regular stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area.
• Assembles deliveries out of given storage compartments and reviews for completeness and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Completes packaging of deliveries according to shipping instructions and packaging types.
• Adds the corresponding shipping documents to the outgoing goods.
• Completes transports inside and, if applicable, outside the premises with professional use of appropriate transportation means.
