Job summary

Clean Chemistry seeks a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager in Longmont, CO to oversee inventory, logistics, and rental fleet operations across multiple sites. You will coordinate deliveries, manage vendor relationships, and drive process improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

The role requires strong data analysis, Excel/Sheets proficiency, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment. DOE compensation with benefits and 401(k) available.

Qualifications

• Must have strong data analysis and Excel/Sheets skills.
• Experience managing vendors, preferably chemical vendors.
• Driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule deliveries of equipment and materials.
• QA/QC for inventory and chemical consumption.
• Track project schedules, inventory levels and budgets.
• Manage rental fleet and third‑party carriers for timely delivery.
• Create and distribute shipping documents (BOLs, labels, SDS).
• Coordinate personnel and vendors across multiple sites.
• Negotiate with providers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Identify process improvements with leadership.
