Job summary

The Quarto Group in Beverly, MA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day U.S. supply chain and business operations, including logistics, imports/exports, and third-party distribution partners.

You will translate data into actionable recommendations, manage cross-functional workflows, and build dashboards to monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, costs, and inventory accuracy. This hybrid role requires a BA/BS and at least five years in logistics or operations, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, imports/exports, or operational analytics.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, traffic management, import/export processes, customs, warehousing, and third-party logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of U.S. supply chain and business operations.
• Manage logistics, transportation, imports/exports, and third-party distribution partners.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports for transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory.
• Identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities; present recommendations to leadership.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
