Job summary

The Quarto Group is seeking an Operations Manager in Beverly, MA to lead U.S. supply chain and business operations. You will manage logistics, imports/exports, and third-party distribution while driving data-driven improvements and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 5+ years in logistics/operations, and experience in supervisory roles. A hybrid work model plus comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Analytics, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, imports/exports, or operational analytics.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, traffic management, import/export processes, customs, warehousing, and 3PL operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with reporting, ERP, BI, or workflow automation tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee domestic and international inbound/outbound logistics, working with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs.
• Monitor shipments from pickup to warehouse receipt, ensuring schedules and milestones.
• Manage import/export, transportation, customs documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Track KPIs for transportation and warehouse performance; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports for transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve data accuracy, automation, and reporting efficiency.
