Job summary

Blue Origin in Orlando is seeking an experienced warehouse and logistics leader to drive inventory and program management across our Orlando facilities. You will lead a team, optimize processes, and ensure safe, efficient operations supporting spaceflight.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years in supply chain, and hands-on experience with MRP/ERP, BOMs, and KPI-driven improvement. Forklift certification and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or engineering.
• 5+ years in supply chain, inventory, or warehouse ops; 2+ years in people management.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and BOM structures.
• Proven ability to establish and monitor KPIs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Forklift certification and operating ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and logistics activities across Blue Origin locations in Orlando.
• Drive team to meet leadership and business goals; manage performance and coaching.
• Develop models and tools to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Plan inventory with MRP/ERP and BOM structures.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper storage, handling, and compliance.
• Coordinate with AP and Procurement to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain service levels and safety compliance; forklift operations as needed.
