The role sits as the strategic bridge between Procurement, Inventory, Production, and our Global Headquarters in Belgium, driving cost efficiency and customer satisfaction across the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate blends strategic vision with operational rigor, turning data into decisions and standardizing processes for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading supply chain transformations and ERP optimization.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO 9001 principles.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Occasional travel to Belgium for training and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive U.S. supply chain strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Lead end-to-end procurement, inventory, production, and logistics to ensure product availability and delivery.
• Collaborate with global procurement and operations teams to synchronize sourcing and planning.
• Forecast and demand planning to align with production and sales trends.
• Oversee ERP data accuracy and drive BI reporting and forecasting.
