Job summary

Celestica is seeking an experienced Manager, Strategic Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain activities for key customers from Austin-area locations. This remote role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to optimize sourcing, planning, and delivery execution.

You will drive SIOP processes, material cost reduction, and risk management while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and Celestica standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and customer interfaces.
• Experience identifying and developing suppliers to meet business needs.
• Skilled in cost reduction, BOM analysis, and risk management.
• Proven track record in SIOP and demand planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight for all SCM matters for customers.
• Direct source selection and supplier development to meet business needs.
• Support efforts to reduce material cost and assess supply risks.
• Advise SCM process from pricing to delivery execution and flexibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize design for supply chain performance.
• Manage customer interface and relationship as focal SCM point.
• Lead SCM project sets developed with Celestica and customers.
• Deploy processes ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate responses to SCM customer inquiries.
