Job summary

IFAB Corp., a leading metal fabrication and manufacturing company in Gastonia, North Carolina, seeks a Strategic Supply Chain Manager to design and optimize our end-to-end supply chain—from procurement and vendor management to inventory control and distribution. You will drive cost efficiency, lead times, and customer satisfaction in a high-precision production environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership in SCM in industrial manufacturing / metal fabrication.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JobBOSS) and analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; APICS/Lean Six Sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize procurement.
Establish inventory control policies and forecast demand using market data.
Coordinate warehousing, transportation, and distribution to improve lead times and accuracy.
Identify cost-reduction opportunities and implement contingency plans.
Collaborate with QA to ensure material and shipment quality and compliance.
Lead and mentor the supply chain team to drive continuous improvement.
Support safety, sustainability, and regulatory standards across operations.
