Job summary

IFAB Corp. in Gastonia, NC is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to design, coordinate, and optimize our end-to-end supply chain—from procurement to distribution.

You will lead cost reduction initiatives, manage key suppliers, and drive on-time delivery in a metal fabrication environment. The role requires 5+ years of leadership in industrial manufacturing, hands-on ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JobBOSS), and strong negotiation and team leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven leadership experience in Supply Chain Management within industrial manufacturing or related heavy-industry settings.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JobBOSS) and analytics/demand planning tools.
• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, vendor management, and team leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (SCM, IE, business).
• APICS CPIM/CSCP or Lean Six Sigma certifications are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Lead procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and distribution.
• Develop cost-reduction, risk-mitigation, and continuity strategies.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance across materials and shipments.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team and foster cross-functional collaboration.
