Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or production planning within a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams (Production, Engineering, Scheduling, Finance).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive root-cause corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective inventory control strategies using lean principles.
• Ensure accurate stock levels to support production needs while reducing excess and obsolete materials.
• Manage the procurement of raw materials and components, negotiating with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Lead the effective use of ERP systems to track materials transactions and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Supervise and coach the materials and inventory team, promoting a culture of ownership and collaboration.
