Job summary

IFAB Corp. is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager in Gastonia, NC to design and optimize the full supply chain—from procurement to distribution—driving cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a cross-functional team in a metal fabrication environment and implement robust processes for risk reduction and on-time delivery. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial manufacturing supply chains, strong ERP/MRP experience, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain within industrial manufacturing or metal fabrication.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JobBOSS).
• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, vendor management, and team leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; APICS/Lean Six Sigma is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and distribution.
• Drive cost reduction, lead-time improvement, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team; ensure safety and compliance.
• Partner with quality and compliance teams on standards.
