Job summary

TEiC in Duncan, SC seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our purchasing and procurement operations supporting industrial construction, maintenance, outage, and field services projects across North America.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for developing and guiding procurement strategy, supporting field operations, strengthening supplier partnerships, and leading purchasing personnel across both office and field environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or related leadership.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Construction/industrial services experience required.
• Proven supplier negotiations and commercial relationship management.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop TEiC's purchasing organization for corporate and field procurement.
• Provide strategic guidance on supplier and subcontractor selection for quality and compliance.
• Oversee supplier relationships, negotiations and commercial agreements for best value.
• Partner with Operations, Project Management, Finance and Field Leadership to support projects.
• Drive procurement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, contract conditions and supplier performance.
• Monitor supplier performance, market changes and supply chain risks with mitigations.
• Support inventory and procurement planning for cost, availability and readiness.
• Ensure procurement activities align with policies, quality standards and customer requirements.
