Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required in supply chain or related field.
• Experience in demand, planning, inventory, scheduling, or related supply chain functions.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution and adherence of the supply plan; deviations need approval.
• Lead scheduler and warehouse teams.
• Create detailed daily plant production schedules.
• Measure key supply chain metrics (OTIF, inventory, schedule attainment).
• Drive standard supply chain processes across the BU.
• Ensure master planning data accuracy and timely audits.
• Collaborate with sales, operations planning, and finance.
