Job summary

Continental's ContiTech USA, Inc. in Marysville, OH, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead all plant supply chain activities, optimize production planning, inventory management, and customer order support in alignment with global standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Supply Chain, 7+ years in manufacturing, and strong ERP/MRP skills, with proven leadership and the ability to drive improvements in inventory turns and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 7+ years in a manufacturing supply chain role.
• Strong ERP and MRP skills.
• Experience minimizing inventory, raw materials and WIP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and drive solutions.
• Detail oriented with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control all scheduling activities supporting assigned brands.
• Balance production and inventory with demand to maintain service levels and turns.
• Develop S&OP summaries for product families and codes.
• Develop master production schedules based on capacity.
• Determine raw materials and vendor requirements using MRP.
• Provide daily schedules and production compliance metrics.
• Coordinate finished goods supply to intercompany and distribution centers.
• Communicate with plants and international affiliates.
• Monitor forecasts and DRP feeds in SAP.
• Lead monthly SIOP meetings and issue resolutions.
• Develop production schedules considering equipment, labor and materials.
• Drive improvements in inventory turns and on-time delivery.
