Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or related field is required.
• 14+ years of manufacturing leadership experience can replace a degree.
• Experience with ERP and manufacturing reporting systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leaders, and production employees across multiple departments.
• Ensure production schedules are achieved while maintaining safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture and drive safety program improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in productivity, quality, scrap, and on-time delivery.
