Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a seasoned supply chain planning professional in the United States to lead end-to-end site supply planning efforts. You will coordinate planners, schedulers and planner-buyers to ensure demand alignment and feasible plans across markets and packaging sites.

You will drive RCCP to balance capacity and resources, while supervising resource scheduling and KPI reporting. A background in pharma or FMCG and hands-on SAP/APO/ECC experience is required.

Qualifications

• Supply chain lead experience in past roles.
• Worked in a DEA regulated environment.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical or FMCG sector is beneficial.
• Experience with SAP, APO and ECC.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of planners, schedulers and planner-buyers ensuring planning and execution of the end-to-end site supply plan.
• Support the review and development of the site supply plan(s) based on required demand from the market and packaging sites.
• Drive the RCCP across manufacturing ensuring that capacity and resources are balanced whilst enabling continual supply.
• Responsible for planning and scheduling of specific resources.
• Support the overall process for planning bids and tenders, collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure feasibility against all known constraints.
• Support & lead projects focusing on improvement to supply chain planning processes.
• Participate in daily meetings with manufacturing, QA and other stakeholders to align on all planning activities.
• Supporting the reporting and management of key KPIs: demand adherence, schedule adherence and inventory

• Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
