Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a flagship U.S. manufacturing site. You will own planning, scheduling, inventory, and materials flow with executive visibility, reporting to the Plant Manager and interfacing with North American leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multi-site supply chain and metals manufacturing, plus a BS in a related field. Experience with SAP/ERP is required; relocation is possible with benefits and a 10-15% travel expectation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management with multi-site experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in metals or industrial manufacturing — aluminum, steel, copper, etc.
• B.S. degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related.

Responsibilities

• Lead all supply chain activities at a flagship U.S. manufacturing site with full planning, scheduling, inventory, and materials flow responsibility.
• Collaborate with plants and corporate leadership across North America to align on material flow and production schedules.
• Build, coach, and scale a team of 8 direct and ~16 indirect reports in planning and materials.
• Translate SOPs and lean initiatives into on-the-ground execution and monitor KPI performance.
• Troubleshoot shortages and improve material flow with cross-functional problem solving.
