OpenLoop seeks a procurement and supply chain professional to own end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and planning, advancing scalable growth for telehealth solutions. You will negotiate with suppliers, manage BOMs, and support audits while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in supply chain, procurement, and/or account management.
• Background in 503A or 503B pharmacy manufacturing operations.
• Ability to problem solve and identify root causes.

Responsabilidades

• Procure and expedite materials according to BOMs and own timelines, deliverables, risk mitigation, and reporting to senior management.
• Manage day to day purchasing issuing Purchase orders based on established forecasts, planning, ROI models, and projections.
• Write SOPs regarding sourcing, planning, purchasing, and quality/supplier agreements to improve processes.
• Negotiate pricing and lead times with suppliers while ensuring quality standards and regulations.
• Assist the purchasing manager in day to day operations and collaborate with cross functional teams during audits or regulatory reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.
