Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking a self-driven Supply Chain professional to own end-to-end procurement, sourcing and planning. You will drive BOM-based material sourcing, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include drafting SOPs, negotiating terms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams during audits. The role requires strong problem solving and attention to detail in a fast-paced telehealth supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, operations or business.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing and vendor management.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in pharma manufacturing (503A/503B) and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Procure and expedite materials per BOMs and manage timelines, risks, and reporting.
• Issue purchase orders based on forecasts and projections.
• Draft and improve SOPs for sourcing, planning, purchasing, and supplier agreements.
• Negotiate pricing and lead times with suppliers while ensuring quality compliance.
• Assist purchasing manager in day-to-day operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams during audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
