Job summary

Aurora Organic Dairy is looking for a seasoned Third Party Logistics Network Manager in Boulder, CO to lead and optimize the company’s 3PL warehouse network and shuttle operations. The role focuses on performance, cost control, and strong partner relationships to ensure accurate product placement and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or related operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in a multi-site environment.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost management and reporting skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; Infor M3 experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills with 3PL partners and stakeholders.
• Experience in food/beverage refrigerated or perishable supply chains preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3PL network management, partner relationships, service performance and capacity planning.
• Establish 3PL performance expectations including inventory accuracy and FEFO compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve network efficiency and standardization across locations.
• Own financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cost reporting.
• Review 3PL and shuttle invoices and identify cost-reduction opportunities while balancing service and capacity.
• Oversee inventory reconciliation between systems and 3PL data, driving root-cause resolution.
• Coordinate daily shuttle operations and align with production planning and inventory needs.
• Lead shuttle and 3PL coordination team and provide visibility to leadership on performance and risks.
