Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Boulder, CO is seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Analyst to optimize finished goods movement across internal and third-party networks.

You will align production schedules with demand, monitor inventory positioning, and ensure readiness across all locations. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 3+ years in supply chain or logistics with strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field; required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in supply chain, inventory, or logistics.
• Experience with inventory planning and multi-site or 3PL networks.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems; Infor M3 experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) required.
• Power BI and SQL preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS and EDI processes.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving.

Mansioni

• Coordinate finished goods movement with Production Planning and demand signals across warehouse locations.
• Monitor order readiness, inventory risk, and communicate shortfalls or surpluses to stakeholders.
• Plan inter-facility shuttle/transfer activity for timely product movement.
• Identify inventory imbalances and propose corrective transfers.
• Collaborate with 3PLs to coordinate inbound/outbound movements and resolve issues.
• Review slow-moving or at-risk inventory and support action plans.
• Generate KPIs and reports on network inventory, order readiness, and transfers.
