Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of IC resource processes, prioritization processes, and mission management principles.
• Extensive knowledge of IC organizations; IC mission posture, structures, capabilities, processes, and policy development.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues relevant to the IC and United States Government and recommend/implement needed actions.
• Demonstrated ability to focus targeting and collection on coordinated intelligence gaps.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to think strategically; meet strategic goals and objectives; adapt views and approaches as needed; develop and coordinate recommendations leading to lasting change; and evaluate outcomes against requirements, goals and objectives.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and superior ability to work effectively in both independent and in a team or collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead interagency working groups, develop and implement complex workplans, build coalitions, and consider alternatives.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including ability to compile and distill data into cohesive narratives, draft and edit written reports of varying length and complexity, and communicate effectively with audiences of varying seniority and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support the Office of Economic Security and Emerging Technologies (OESET) by facilitating integration of IC capabilities as the program director for supply chains.
• Support briefings to senior IC officials and other major defense and policy stakeholders on collaboration progress, issues and challenges.
• Represent the ODNI in national level working groups, committees, and exercises with government, industry, and international partners as appropriate.
• Inform integrated national security response planning and IC strategy development; deliver on planned and ad hoc tasking for IC leadership; validate outputs and demonstrate accountability.
